Questions people ask
Working together
Do I have to sign a long contract?
I recommend starting with a 3-month contract, so we both have time to settle in and get things working well. After that, it moves to a rolling monthly contract with 30 days' notice. If you'd like a different length of contract, just get in touch and I'll be happy to talk it through.
How soon can you start?
It depends on the type of support you need. We'll talk it through and agree a start date on our first discovery call.
Which platforms do you cover?
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn. If you need support on a different platform, just get in touch and we can talk about what you need.
Do you work with businesses outside hair and beauty?
Hair and beauty is my focus, but get in touch if you think we'd work well together.
Packages and hours
How do I know which package to pick?
Tell me what you'd like off your plate, and I'll recommend the one that fits.
What happens to hours I don't use?
We'll agree this together when you sign up, as it depends on your package and what you need.
Content
Do I need to send you photos and videos?
Yes. The best content comes from your real work, so I'll ask for photos and clips from your day. I'll tell you what to capture so it doesn't become another job.
Who owns the content you make?
You do. Once you've approved it and it's been paid for, the content is yours.
Holiday cover
How much notice do you need?
The more notice, the better. It gives us time for a discovery call before your holiday, so we can agree exactly what I'll cover and I can plan my schedule around it. That said, I never turn down short-notice or emergency cover if I have the capacity, so it's always worth asking.
Do you need access to my booking system?
Only if booking management is part of the cover you choose. If it is, then yes, I'll need access so I can look after your bookings while you're away.
What counts as urgent?
I'll handle as much as I can myself, and we'll talk through different scenarios on our discovery call so we both know what to do. If something comes up that I can't handle and it can't wait until you're back, I'll contact you on the details you give me, and you decide how to move forward.
